					<description>Hey there mate, good blog you've got going.  When I was plagued with blisters I tried everything (blister plasters etc - compeed definitely the best if the blister's already formed and needs decent protection), but  the thing that really helped was wearing two pairs of socks to run in - an inner thin sock and outer sports sock.  I'm sure you're probably already doing it, but if not, definitely try... just make sure you don't leave any crinkles!&lt;BR/&gt;Best of luck, Andrew Buckley</description>
