Quick Gym Session

I had a long working day today so I couldn’t train until 8:15pm. I was supposed to do a resistance training session so I headed down to the gym. I hopped on the treadmill intending to just do a warm-up but ended up running 7km (14km/h for 30 minutes)! I must be addicted to running or something. By the time I had finished and recovered, there was only 10 minutes left before the gym shut. My resistance training was therefore rather brief!
